Keith Roe founded the organization in 1992, starting out as a Property Disaster Restoration Company. It quickly grew to include IAQ Evaluation Services. Since 1998, the focus has been on providing services directly related to evaluating and solving Indoor Air Quality issues. In 2004, Allergy and Asthma trigger testing was added as part of an Assessment Program used to develop an individualized Prevention Program involving the removal of allergens and asthma triggers in the home and workplace.
Air Care & Restoration Company is also the primary service provider of HVAC system cleaning services in the Lehigh Valley. HVAC cleaning, and sanitation services are performed as to EPA, NADCA and NAIMA standards.
In 2004, Air Care became the local distributor of more than (15) lines of Air Purification equipment and filtering devices available directly to the client at a cost savings. Air Care installs, maintains and warranties all products and systems they sell.
Also in 2004, Air Care opened a Service Center to meet the needs of new homebuyers and the building trades. Services include new home IAQ Certification programs, IAQ training for the HVAC trade, and a Design/Build Service of “Whole House” air purification system for residential and commercial buildings.
This center provides a free design/build service for any Air
Care client.
