Levels of Inspection Services
The five (5) levels of inspection services that have been formed are endorsed by ESA (Environmental Solutions Association) and are used in the mold inspection standards and protocols used by the Certified Mold Inspector. These service range from an inspection that is
requested in a specific client defined area, to an inspection that can produce a whole house mold remediation plan including an expected cost
that would be incurred. All of the services have a clear understanding and written explanation within the inspection agreement of what will be inspected.

| A. |
Limited Sampling
The purpose of Limited Mold Sampling is to detect the presence of mold contamination in client defined areas of the home. This service provides a fast economical method to determine if and what type of molds are in the air of that defined area. The limitation of this service is that other sources of mold may be present in the home not seen or discovered yet by air testing.
FEE: (3) Samples x $125.00= $375.00 (Any additional $100.00 each) [Lab Report included and interpretation by a Certified Indoor Environmentalist]

Mold Screen
This level of inspection utilizes a visual assessment of the entire home, identififes "red flags" for mold, and a limited sampling for mold. If "red flags" are found, the client will be advised and offered the chance for additional sampling. The Mold Screen Inspection is the most popular (and best value) inspection service for home sale trnsactions
FEE: $450.00 with (3) Samples (Any additional $100.00 each) [Includes Lab Report and Complete Remediation "Scope of Work"]

Mold Survey
The value of this service is that it identifies, determines cause and provides corrective measures for all mold sources discovered in the entire home. This service is mainly used once a problem has been identified by air testing and remediation specifications are needed to be produced by the Certified Remediation Specialist.
FEE: (Starts at) $250.00 - [Includes Visual Inspection and Complete Remediation "Scope of Work"]

Clearance Testing
Clearance Testing is designed to determine the success of remediation efforts. A containment area has been established and remediation was done within that containment area..
FEE: $125.00 per Sample (Over 6, $100.00 each) + $75.00 Report/Administration Fee

Post-Cleaning Testing
Post-Cleaning Testing is also designed to determine the success of remediation efforts. The difference between Clearnace and Post=Cleaning Testing is no containment will be in place.
FEE: $125.00 per Sample (Over 6, $100.00 each) + $75.00 Report/Administration Fee
