COMPANY PROFILE

Air Care & Restoration Company is a service organization providing investigative testing, and remediation services to restore indoor air quality (IAQ), in a residential or commercial environment.

The company was established in 1992 as part of an international franchise specializing in fire and water damage restorations. During this period the company received multiple awards such as Franchise of the Year, Training and Mentor Leader and Hall of Fame members. Certification in all areas of specialization was obtained through the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning & Restoration Certification).

Ongoing training and certification is being obtained through the Science Center in Philadelphia, PA. The company is a member of the ASCR (Assoc. of Specialists in Cleaning and Restoration) and conforms to all training and standards set by that organization. Since 1996 the concentration on providing IAQ remedial services has been the company's primary focus.

In 2000 more than 575 individual remedial or restoration services were completed in the Greater Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley area. IAQ testing, investigations and remediation are our specialty. Keith Roe, the project manager, has an extensive background in property management and structural restoration.

Keith recently received recognition by The National Register's Who's Who for Business Executives and Professionals for the 1999-2000 year for small businesses. Air Care & Restoration Company is also the primary service provider of HVAC system cleaning services in the Lehigh Valley. HVAC cleaning, and sanitation services are performed as to EPA, NADCA and NAIMA standards.
