Indoor Air Quality (I.A.Q.) Testing

We provide mold and bacterial sampling from indoor air and structural/content environments. These microbial samples are cultured for species producing a lab report outlining potential health concerns, a complete scope of work for remediation and long term abatement.  Building inspections also include testing for VOC's, combustible gasses, CO, CO2 and methane gasses.

Structural Remediation and Reconstruction

We are a trained and experienced service company which will implement a thorough plan for removing the microbial infestation, sanitizing the remaining structure and contents and reconstructing the structure to a finish level in a residential and commercial setting.

Air Duct Cleaning and Sanitation

We perform maintenance and remedial cleaning and sanitation of forced air systems according to NADCA (National Air Duct Cleaning Assoc.), EPA (Environmental Protection Agency,) and NAIMA (North America Insulation Manufacturers Assoc.) guidelines on any HVAC system.

Mold, Moisture, Smoke and Odor Removal

Emergency drying and removal services, remediation and reconstruction of the damaged environments along with the necessary products and equipment For long term abatement and building maintenance.

Air Purification and Dehumidification Systems
We provide the products and equipment needed to establish a long term I. A. Q. (indoor air quality) standard.  

HVAC inspections and System Remediation
The removal of microbial growths inside a forced air system is often possible with the correct cleaning and sanitation methods. We provide these services after an inspection and analysis of the system.

HEPA, Electrostatic and High Efficiency Filtering Devices

The proper filters for removing airborne particles and odors from the Indoor air is critical to developing and maintaining safe indoor air quality. Custom designed filters and systems to develop this plan are a part of our product offering.

Chimney Cleaning, Repair and Relining

This service includes safety inspections and all the cleaning and reconstruction services needed to maintain a safe and functional Chimney inside the structure. These services are competitively priced and warranted. 

Project Management

We will work with your C. I. H. (Certified Industrial Hygienist) or testing laboratory to provide an 
I. A. Q. remediation plan and develop a long term abatement program supporting a health indoor air environment.
