UVC light properly positioned inside your HVAC system near the AC coil and condensation pan and drain does produce an effective sanitizing treatment for that immediate area. This produces an effective air cleansing system to reduce or eliminate airborne mold, allergens, toxins, cold, flu, measles or other viruses, also including toxic mold byproducts and odors as well as infectious bacteria.

Air Sentry Air Quality Sensor:

This is a digital air quality monitor that increases ventilation in your home due to the presence of cigarette smoke, carbon monoxide, benzene, excessive VOC’s from cleaning chemicals, formaldehyde, and aldehydes found in wood products or carpeting to name a few. This control can be adjusted to increase sensitivity if an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity is discovered. Call for details and pricing.

Annual Service Contracts:

Annual maintenance contracts are available through the IQA (Independent Quality Alliance) network of HVAC professionals, of which Air Care & Restoration Co. is a member. All IQA companies are manufacturer-trained in providing a full range of maintenance services. Service contracts include the cost of filter replacement as per the manufacturer’s schedule.
