The Santa Fe Rx will control the moisture in
your home for maximum comfort, energy
efficiency, and health by maintaining 50% or less
relative humidity as recommended by the EPA.
High moisture levels result in physical discomfort,
increased air conditioning costs, and possibly
serious health issues associated with high
humidity. In addition, damage to your home and
your home’s furnishings can result. Maintaining
relative humidity below 50% prevents dust mite
infestations, mold and mildew growth, and inhibits
the growth of bacteria. Lower relative humidity
also reduces the out-gassing of volatile organic
compounds—creating a healthier environment in
which to live and breathe for you and your family.
Energy Star Listed: Uses only 5.4 amps of electricity, offering as much as $275
per year in energy savings compared to the conventional dehumidifier. More pints
of water per kilowatt of electricity means lower cost of operation.
Large Capacity: This large capacity dehumidifier removes up to 74 pints of water
per day—enough water removal capacity for areas up to 2200 square feet.
MERV-11 Filtration: The Santa Fe Series utilizes a blower allowing the use of high-efficiency air filtration for improved indoor air
quality. Standard MERV-11 filtration is 65% efficient and captures particles from
1.0 to 3.0 microns in size—resulting in effective filtration of most mold spores.
HEPA Filtration: The Santa Fe Rx is the only dehumidifier with an optional HEPA
system for superior air filtration and purification.The HEPA filter is 99.97%
efficient at capturing particulate from .3 microns or larger that pass through it.
Carbon Filtration: The optional filter housing may be used to hold activated
carbon and potassium permanganate blend filters instead of the HEPA filter.
Finished Cabinet: Designed to be placed in the finished area, the Santa Fe Rx features
an attractive and contemporary white matte design which fits any décor and can
always be decorated by the owner.
Quiet Operation: The Santa Fe Rx features extra internal insulation for the quietest
operation possible, making it the perfect unit for apartments, condominiums,
museums, libraries, and schools.
Condensate Pump: The internal condensate pump with 20 feet of drain hose and
15 feet of lift capacity frees you from emptying buckets. Run the hose to a floor
drain, sink, or connect it into a sewer line for seamless, consistent water removal.
